1. Prepare your Full Paper Manuscript
Please prepare your Full Paper Manuscript in English, in MS WORD (docx).
Papers not written in English won’t be considered for the conference. it should show clearly title, name of all authors, affiliation and email address.

Guidelines for Presentations
1. Oral Presentation
(Lasting 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A).
All the oral presentations must be made in English. The powerpoint of the oral presentation must be written in English. The presentations room is equipped with computers, with Power Point. Projectors are also available. The authors must take their presentations directly to the room the day they arrive to the congress.
2. Presentation in Poster
(Dimensions: 100 cm height x 60 cm width).
The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated to each relater. The posters must be written in English. At the end of the session, the relaters must take out their works. The Organising Committee won’t send/keep any posters that are left on the conference venue. Each participant must take the poster to the congress the day of the presentation.
3. Virtual presentation
Virtual presentations should be prepared as an AVI video file having your 15 mins speech. Please request a confirmation email from us on the delivery of your AVI file safely.
We will be able to present your presentation as a PPT, or a PDF file if you cancel your coming at the last
